-addidas original campus - oldschool, 不過又唔知會唔會普通得濟~


-lacoste leather - 幾靚幾casual,不過expensive jor dd..


-nike blazer - 有Ｄ似前排聖旦想買既polo款, color,material, style 好似~


-nike vintage - 試左,幾舒服,係o個鞋底特別左小小~

星期4同阿濤跑去黃埔馬頭.
星期5同牛津fds食豬骨煲邊爐 plus fridaynight game station, fun~ 好耐無玩.
星期6朝早剪頭髮,好野~從此有85折, lunch 後同大ton跑天水圍入尖鼻嘴,
再去佢屋企打xbox 飲red wine again~
星期日牛津道basketball常規賽 ~ lunch@李純恩O既大婆牛肉麵~
晚飯後..dad 無端端take 支 Dom Perigon vintage 2000...成千幾蚊支...but 唔駛錢...
haha..一野飲晒!! 有口褔€~

開始覺得膝蓋有點不對勁.. 要減跑量小休小休.

第1次渣打馬拉松2009~

終於完成lar...21公里~
預期時間內完成~2小時08分~
過程要不斷麻醉/說服自己對腳..由期是16公里後..
有時諗下令人不甘的事去調節加速~有時咩到諗唔到..只係專心用力地呼吸~
好在同有大ton一齊跑~等埋我一齊沖線~
07至09係一生中跑得最多公里既2年~
由跑步機5公里開始.跑街nike10公里, 到田總15公里,依家渣打半馬既21公里 .
過程幾辛苦,但每次練跑or比賽後都會好享受之前所付出的~
唔知幾時喜歡了長跑, 都估不到有此能耐..(雖然跑得不算快)
希望好似村上春樹咁講~"無跑多長多久, 至少也沒有用行用走"~
跑步 , 人生亦是~
明天的自己永遠跑在昨天自己前面~
直到一天有心無力~至少也沒有用走~
